Join us in VR at the Performance and XR 2020 Virtual Reality Symposium this October

Performance and XR 2020 (PXR2020) is a Virtual Reality Symposium for Canadian artists and XR technologists, exploring creation and performance in XR.

There, Shocap Entertainment Executive Director, Athomas, will be delivering a session titled, Hybrid Performance – Creating Onstage and Online.  

This presentation will examine Shocap Entertainment’s debut project, LiViCi (Live & Virtual Project), developed in partnership with Les 7 Doigts – this includes a live demonstration. 

This presentation will delve into the technical components behind the creation of live virtual performances, including real-time motion capture and rendering. Athomas will breakdown exactly how to apply these solutions effectively onstage and online.
